This website and the free tools
The site and the three browser tools are provided as they are, free of charge, with no warranty. They are aids to your own judgement, not professional advice. The wishlist calculator produces an estimate from the numbers you type in; it is not a forecast, and nobody should plan a budget on it alone. Steam's requirements, sizes, fees and review timings change, so check Steamworks before acting on anything here that involves money, tax or a deadline.
Guides
The guides describe what we have seen work and what public documentation and post-mortems report. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Where a guide touches tax, company structure or contracts, treat it as a starting point for a conversation with a professional in your country.
Paid files
Products are sold through third-party storefronts, and the purchase contract is with that storefront under its own terms, including its refund policy. Unless a product's own licence says otherwise, a purchase grants one person or one studio the right to use the files, including in commercial projects, and to modify them for that use. It does not grant the right to resell, redistribute or republish the files themselves, in whole or in substantial part, including as part of another template or asset pack.
Fonts, icons and other third-party components included in a product keep their own licences, which are supplied with the files.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site, the free tools or the paid files, including lost revenue, missed deadlines or data loss. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.

Steam and Steamworks are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Unity is a trademark of Unity Technologies. Notion, Etsy, itch.io and Fab are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them; the names are used to describe what our files work with.
